Carbon sequestration is the process of capturing and storing carbon dioxide (CO2) from the atmosphere, especially with regards to industrial processes, preventing it from contributing to overall climate change. Carbon sequestration is important because (CO2) is a greenhouse gas that traps heat in the Earth’s atmosphere, contributing to global warming. By capturing and storing carbon dioxide using proprietary technology, together we can reduce its concentration in the atmosphere and mitigate the effects of climate change.
