CarbonSAFE Global (CSW) is a JV with Carbon GeoCapture (CGC) whose scientists, engineers along with University of Wyoming have developed a proprietary solution to sequester CO2 in coal seams at fractional cost
and up to 50% less deployment time than conventional methods. CGC’s solution has been lab and field tested, and it is currently in various stages of acceptance and development at 13 sites in the Powder River Basin with
expected annual revenue stream of $800 million\/ year. The goal of the Joint Venture is to rapidly commercialize CGC’s solution globally by establishing a CO2 Sequestering Center of Excellence in India while also establishing first
